Making a Gift to
Elizabethtown Community Hospital
For over 75 years, Elizabethtown Community Hospital has been dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of the community it serves. When you make a gift to the Hospital you are investing in the health and wellbeing of your community. Donations are used for renovations and new pieces of equipment to help the Hospital continue to provide a warm and friendly environment for its patients. Your gift can help tremendously in achieving the highest standards of healthcare.
As a not-for-profit hospital, all gifts are tax deductible and all dollars earned are invested into the hospital for facility improvements.

Types of Gifts

Memorial Gifts
Gifts in memory of a special family member or friend are often made to the Hospital. A letter is sent to the family of this special person notifying them of your generosity. When sending in a memorial gift, please include, your name and address, who the gift is in memory of and the name and address of who you would like to be notified of your gift (the amount will not be stated).
Honor Gifts
One way to honor a special friend or family member is to make a gift to the Hospital in their honor. The honoree will be notified of your generosity. When sending in an honor gift, please include, your name and address, who the gift is in honor of and the name and address of who you would like to be notified of your gift (the amount will not be stated).
Matching Gifts
Many organizations have a matching gifts program for their employees who make charitable donations. This is an easy way to double or even triple your donation, depending on your company’s policy. Ask your company if they have a matching gifts program and how you can take advantage of increasing the impact of your gift.
