PrescriptionsIf you are followed routinely we can usually refill your medication without an extra office visit. You can fill your prescription by calling the office at 518.873.6896 and choosing the option for prescriptions. We require 48-72 hours notice for regular prescription requests. Controlled substances and certain pain and sleep medicine may take longer and must be picked up in person. Please give the exact name or spelling of the medication, the strength how and when taken and the number required |

Billing & InsuranceHealth Center billing is handled by Elizabethtown Community Hospital at 518.873.6986. If you have payment concerns the ECH Business Office may be able to help. The Health Center participates with numerous plans and insurances. If you belong to an HMO, (Health Maintenance Organization), you need to designate the Health Center physicians as your primary care provider. Co-payments are due at the time of your visit. |
