Our health centers offer a broad scope of practice, including diagnosis and management of routine health problems, health maintenance and screenings and urgent care for injuries and illnesses. Through our partnership with The University of Vermont Health Network, physicians share knowledge and resources to give patients access to leading-edge technology, advanced treatment options and the highest level of compassionate care. Current Opportunities

Physician opportunities are currently available at two health centers located between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain.

Physician, Primary Care – Elizabethtown Community Hospital Health Centers

Salary & Benefits:

Earn up to $260,000 annually, plus a $30,000 signing bonus and $120,000 loan repayment. Relocation assistance is available. Position Details:

  • Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Flexible hours and 4 day work weeks available
  • Occasional weekend rounding required
  • Average patients seen: 14-24
  • Light call in ER, 1:5 Rotation. Mostly by phone with infrequent situations requiring in-person consultation

Requirements: 

  • MD/DO
  • New Graduates Welcome to Apply
  • Board-Certification (within 1 year of hire), BLS, DEA, NY License, Child Abuse Course, Opioid Course, and Infectious Disease Course.
  • ACLS, ATLC only required if picking up optional call
