ECH’s community health centers provide preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of all ages. Our care teams have a wealth of experience taking care of numerous conditions throughout the lifespan. • Health and wellness maintenance and preventive screenings for children, adults, and older patients, including routine exams, pap smears, or physicals for work, schools, camps, or sports activities.
  • Diagnosis and management of common health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
  • Urgent care for injuries and illnesses that don’t require emergency treatment.
  • Referrals to a number of area specialists if you need follow-up care.
  • Behavioral health screenings and referrals, plus treatment for certain conditions. Medication assisted treatment for substance use may be available. Please ask your provider.
