On Mondays and Thursdays, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, we have two physician assistants and support staff on duty. Our physician assistants, Trish and Cody, are able to examine patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform certain procedures, order treatments, educate patients, and are involved in preventative medicine. But more than anything, their goal is to take care of a community they know and love.

How do I refill prescriptions?
If you’re a regular patient, we can usually refill your medication without an extra office visit. You can refill prescriptions through the Patient Portal, or by calling our office at (518) 597.3029. We require a 2-3 day notice for regular prescription requests. Please give the exact name or spelling of the medication, the strength, how and when taken, and the number required.
