Philosophy

My favorite part of being a physical therapist is getting to know a person in order to help them achieve their goals. Everyone is unique and I enjoy helping each individual differently on their journey to better health.

I am an avid runner and also really enjoy hiking and cross-country skiing. My husband and I love to explore the world and cherish our time traveling together.

Interests

I received a BS in Psychology in 2008 from Clarkson University. I received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 from Clarkson University. I successfully completed the Orthopedic Residency program in 2012 at Cayuga Medical Center.

I am passionately involved in the NYPTA and have been attending meetings with the Eastern District since 2013. I have been the Eastern District Director and am currently the Eastern District Chair.
